Fara Shimi Rooz (FSR) was established in 1998 with a clear mission: to supply reliable, export-grade bitumen through disciplined operations, consistent quality, and long-term customer relationships.

From the beginning, we focused on building an integrated capability across refining, storage, and logistics—so our clients can count on stable specifications, dependable lead times, and professional documentation.

Today, FSR serves regional and international markets with a corporate approach to production and export, supported by experienced teams and infrastructure designed for scale.

Our performance is measured by consistency, capacity, and execution. FSR operates with an annual refinery capacity of 55,000 MT, supported by 16,000 MT storage capacity at Shaheed Rajaee Port to enable efficient vessel loading and export operations.

Through our subsidiary Shimi Palayesh Sodat, we add an additional 7,000 MT of operational capacity—strengthening flexibility in supply planning and delivery schedules.
